Providing A Great Service Experience Is Our Goal
At Earl’s Cyclery, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Our Service Team works diligently to provide accurate quotes and top-notch repairs. However, as with any mechanical work, surprises can happen. While about 80% of repairs go exactly as planned, there are times when we discover additional issues that we didn’t find in our initial assessment, like damaged components, that require extra time, labor, or parts to fix properly.
To ensure your bike leaves our shop in top condition and on time, we ask for a 20% allowance over the initial estimate to cover any unforeseen needs. This approach allows us to deliver quality repairs without unnecessary delays, so you can get back to riding as soon as possible.
We also aim to help customers with brands we don’t sell. Bikes share many similarities, and if we have the expertise and can access the necessary parts, we’ll often be able to assist. However, certain cases, particularly with e-bikes, may involve manufacturer restrictions or insurance policies that limit our ability to perform repairs. We’re here to help and will do our very best to address your bike’s needs.

- Chain, cassette, cranks, rear derailleur

Full Service: $95
- Clean and polish frame and wheels
- Lubricate chain and cable
- Adjust brakes, shifting, derailleur hanger, hubs, and headset
- Basic wheel true
- Check torque of all bolts
