I dropped off my bike last week to have serviced, a new kickstand put on and adjust my brakes. The service person who helped me was great, courteous, helpful and didn't try to up-sell me on more services, just gave me what I needed which was so appreciated. Then I picked up my bike this past Sunday and was helped by a really nice guy who had some facial bruises and scrapes, when I inquired about what happened he told me and needless to say it made me laugh, just glad he's OK. He also went over and above in helping me put my bike on my car rack. All your guys there are awesome so don't change a thing!! Thank you! Roy Skorstad Essex Jct. VT

Earl's saved the day! Brought the service department a partially assembled build your own bike at home that went horribly wrong. Earl's had the bike ready for riding in no time, putting at ease any worries I had about safety. Thank you for all your help, you have a new customer for life!

Earl's is my go-to store for my cycling needs. I appreciate that many employees, including the owner, Joe, knows me by name and take an interest in me as a community member first and a buyer second. I've always appreciated the time they take with me if I have any questions about products from pedals, to wheels, to bikes, and I also like the spaciousness of the store. This is #shoppinglocal at its best!

My wife and I travel full time (over 5 and a half years) and were recently visiting a friend in Milton, Vermont when her Trek electric-assist bicycle began to experience a problem. Since we don't tow a car, our electric-assist bicycles, while great fun to ride for pleasure, are also our means of transportation. Contacting Earle's and explaining our situation (leaving Vermont within days), they took my wife's bike in, diagnosed and repaired the problem with the assistance of Trek and made sure we were able to get back on the road on schedule. So often in the past we've experienced the kindness of strangers while traveling. This is, no less, a great example, taking us in on a triage basis and getting us back on the road promptly. For that we are grateful and highly recommend Earl's .
